Shipping

Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail. The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in 3-4 business days. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 4 weeks after placing an order. We ship all our items by DHL. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Saad Collection is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Return Policy

All sales on saadjewellery.com are final. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@saadjewellery.com. If you receive an item that is defective, please send us an email including your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item within 24 hours of receiving the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. We are also not responsible for items purchased from other retailers that carry Saad Collection.
